Qualex- Landmark Launches New Downtown Condo

MARK on Tenth, a $100 million condominium project by Qualex- Landmark has been announced for Tenth Avenue and Eighth Street SW in Calgary.

The first stage in construction has commenced with crews beginning to dismantle the existing building on the site, which was formerly West Canadian Graphics. "MARK on 10th is purpose built for today's urban dweller because of its proximity to the downtown Design District, offices, universities, transportation and entertainment districts," said Roger Navabi, president Qualex- Landmark, developers of MARK on 10th. "We are redefining the urban home by adding amazing amenities like the rooftop lounge and the generous 17,000 sq. ft. garden on the third floor podium into the mix."

Designed by Rafii Architect in partnership with BKDI Archidtects Inc. and Durante-Kreuk Landscape Architects, with interiors designed by Trepp Design Inc., homes in the development will include over height doors and ceilings, wide plank laminate flooring, porcelain tiles and individually controlled heating and cooling.

The rooftop of the building will include a fully equipped fitness studio with a yoga/pilates studio, infrared sauna and steam rooms, changing rooms and lockers and shower facilities.

With its convenient location downtown, MARK has received a very walkable Walk Score® rating of 97 per cent.
