Beginning Tuesday, April 1 census takers will be knocking on Calgarian’s doors.

The City of Calgary conducts a census every year, this year to gather information such as total number of residents, home owners, pre-school children and type of school system support said a release from the City of Calgary.

Census takers will wear photo identification badges while they are working. If Calgarians are not home when census takers come around a notice will be left providing a number to call to participate in the census.
