Longest open house
2% Realty set records last June after their World's Longest Open House event at one of their Calgary properties lasted for 56 continuous hours.

From Friday, June 16 to Sunday, June 18th, 82 Cougar Plateau Way S.W. was open day and night for prospective buyers to view. Cash and food donations were collected for the Calgary Food Bank in a partnership for the event.

Fiasco Gelato and Calgary Food Trucks kept visitors well fed as they explored the 2,500-square-foot home, and free food was provided for the first 200 people through the door.

Calgary artist Dean Stanton produced an interactive art exhibit featuring a painted mural, while Butterfield Acres set up a petting zoo. In addition to these activities, participants also had a chance to win a stainless-steel barbecue, which was on display during the open house.

"We're pleased to be teaming up for this historic record-setting occasion," said Roy Almog of 2% Realty in a release last year. "We're excited for people to be a part of it."
