CREB® Charitable Foundation 25 for 25

The CanLearn Centre was the most recent $25,000 recipient of the CREB® Charitable Foundation's 25 for 25 program.

The CanLearn Centre and Calgary Learning Centre provides leadership, innovation and a wide range of services that help children, teens, adults and families struggling with literacy, learning and attention to difficulties. "The CREB® Charitable Foundation's generous grant will support CanLearn's continued work with families at home and from Inn from the Cold," said Krista Poole, CEO of the CanLearn Centre and Calgary Learning Centre. "We equip parents with an understanding of early childhood development, connect them with community resources and work with preschoolers and their families to enhance language, social and cognitive skills. This is critically important work for creating stronger families and brighter futures and we thank the CREB® Charitable Foundation for their support."

The CREB® Charitable Foundation 25 for 25 program was created as part of the 25th anniversary celebration of the foundation. The foundation was founded by Calgary and area REALTORS® and empowers local charities and non-profit organizations committed to shelter and communityenhancement initiatives.

"Calgary and area REALTORS® are all about families," said Tom Scott, president of the CREB® Charitable Foundation. "The CanLearn Centre's programs help to create stronger families and that's something we are proud to be a part of."
