In Crestmont West, the newest extension to the established estate community of Crestmont, some interesting new multi-family designs are hitting the market.
The most recent iteration of the popular Arrive townhome concept, spearheaded by Partners Development Group, launched in late October with five models, including two bungalow villa designs that feature walkout and sunshine lower levels.
“People are really intrigued by what we are offering,” said Ismahan Omer, sales manager for Partners Development Group’s Arrive townhome product.
The Arrive project in Crestmont West will be a collection of 175 townhomes, all crafted to Built Green Canada’s gold standard and with highly fire-resistant exteriors made of fibre-cement siding and stone.
“This is really what sets us apart,” said Omer. “Our home designs are based on quality and efficiency, and we are always striving for higher standards than those set by Built Green gold.”
Homes include one-, two- and three-storey designs with 2-4 bedrooms and a single- or double-car garage. Depending on the model, the multi-level townhomes offer generous sizing, ranging from 1,337 to 1,900 square feet.

“Our homes are value based – the best product for the best price,” said Omer. “When you walk into our standard specification, you will find a beautifully finished, well-equipped townhome. You won’t have to spend extra money to have it looking like a showhome.”
Facades are crisp and clean, featuring pops of white and grey and designs that showcase a modern edge with traditional elements, creating a welcoming streetscape.
The 14-acre townhome development is adjacent to walking trails that lead to playgrounds, a feature pond, lots of green space and the established amenities in Crestmont, including a community centre.
Partners Development Group will be building a 7,300-square-foot, boutique-style retail development beside the townhome collection.
“It will literally be within walking distance to grab milk or bread or get your nails done or have a massage,” said Omer.
Plans are also underway to develop and build a 10,000-square-foot daycare facility next to the retail development.
The Crestmont West townhome project has recently broken ground, with possessions expected in the fall of 2019. Home prices start at $324,900 including GST.
In addition to Crestmont West, Arrive townhome designs are currently offered in Redstone and Sage Meadows, and a new design – three-bedroom street towns with no condo fees – will be launching in D’Arcy in Okotoks in the next few months.
